PPG World Service is the official international e-Radio web-casting arm of The Pet Professional Guild. The Pet Professional Guild, the Association for Force-Free Pet Professionals (The PPG or The Guild), is a nonprofit member organization headquartered in Wesley Chapel, FL, USA.
The mission of PPG World Service is “Global News & Views on Force-Free Pet Care” and will serve as an advocacy forum for force-free dog training and pet care issues. The key advocacy goal of the PPG is to facilitate an ongoing conversation with pet owners, pet care professionals and industry stakeholders aimed at moving the pet industry forward toward better informed practices, training methods, equipment use and pet care philosophies. The Guild’s message will strive to build wide-spread collaboration and acceptance of force-free methods and philosophies consistent with its guiding principles.

Niki is a Certified Dog Trainer and Dog Behavior Consultant. In addition to business degrees from Oxford University Niki is also a qualified corporate leadership coach and trainer and she holds the prestigious Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Six Sigma is a statistical based methodology of improving business processes by eliminating defects that impact business profitability and quality) Niki’s professional credentials include; CPDT-KA, AABP- Professional Dog Trainer, AABP- Professional Dog Behavior Consultant, Diploma Animal Behavior Technology, and Diploma Canine Behavior Science & Technology. Niki is also an accomplished people trainer. She holds credentials such as HCITB TS1, TS2 & TS3, is a certified Team Facilitator and Project Manager. Niki has published many articles on dog training and dog behavior and her pet dog training businesses have been featured in many publications including The New York Times. Niki is the founder and president of the PPG, DogNostics Career College and The DogSmith. Niki was born and raised in England but at an early age set out to fulfill her dream of seeing the world. Her career in hotel management not only provided her with the means to work and live in many different countries but it also gave her real-world business experience that is now readily used in her business ventures.
Louise Stapleton-Frappell B.A.Hons. CTDI. CAP 2. Louise holds a Force-free Instructor Certification from ITDH. Louise has attended a Super Trainer Clicker Trainer Course with Kay Laurence nd performed as a Dog Trick Instructor at In The Doghouse DTC. Louise is a passionate advocate of Force- free Training, promoting a positive image of the “Bully” Breeds and advocating against Breed Specific Legislation. Proud “Mum” to Jambo – Staffy Bull Terrier Trick Dog: The first Staffordshire Bull Terrier to achieve the Title of Trick Dog Champion with Do More With Your Dog. Louise blogs for the PPG and is a regularly contributer to Barks from the Guild . Louise has had articles published in No More Lies Magazine. Louise also writes force-free training articles for a UK company (Strongdogz). Louise has her own YouTube Channel where she sharer “How to teach” videos and fun trick videos. Jambo has been aired on “Talent Hounds” t.v. in Canada. Jambo was also featured as a Victoria StiIwell “Positively Success Story”. Louise keeps up to date with her education and has just completed an online course with Edinburgh University on Animal Behaviour and Welfare”.
